To ensure this, our legal department has prepared certain terms and policies that guarantee your rights as a visitor to the Arab Republic of Egypt for medical tourism and our rights to ensure the success of your medical trip.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

• The name “Healthy Trav” is a private property registered with the Real Estate Registration Department and the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce. It is not permitted to quote, borrow the name or trademark, or exploit it for any medical or commercial purposes. Anyone who does so will be subject to legal accountability.

2. Contract

• Our legal department has prepared a contract upon the agreement or booking of a visitor for one of the packages. Once you book one of our packages or services, you must read the contract carefully and sign it.Key points of this contract include: a. You must provide our medical team with all your medical history, whether it be cosmetic surgeries, any previous surgeries, chronic or non-chronic diseases, or any type of allergies. This information must be disclosed with full transparency to enable the treating physician to compile a complete file about the patient or visitor, ensuring that no treatment or medical procedure conflicts with your condition. Failing to disclose your medical history or parts of it will expose you to risk, and you will be fully responsible for any consequences.b. Upon contracting and booking a package, some personal information is required. The purpose of this information is to create a personal file for submission to the treating physician responsible for your case. This information is protected and kept completely confidential, and it will not be disclosed to anyone other than the person handling your case.

3. Cancellation of Contract

• You are allowed to cancel the contract at any stage after booking and contracting until the date before the agreed medical procedure. We reserve the right to deduct any amounts spent such as hotel bookings, flight tickets, car rentals, hospital or physician reservations. The booking date can be rescheduled instead of canceled, with some modification costs borne by you.

4. Travel Insurance

If you wish to prepare a travel document from your country related to medical travel insurance, it will be your responsibility. We at Healthy Trav are not responsible for that document
